• Chemserve Project Management Services L.L.C — a Limited Liability Company registered in Abu Dhabi, UAE, Economic Licence No. CN-6112709, Unified Registration No. 101-2025-200065246, established 18 September 2025, licensed for Project Management Services, Installation of Industrial Machinery & Equipment, and Industrial Plant Equipment & Spare Parts Trading (Wholesale).

References to "Chemserve," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to one or both of the above entities, as contextually applicable to the services or region in question.

2. Use of This Website

By using this Website, you confirm that:

Chemserve Project Management Services L.L.C is licensed under Economic Licence No. CN-6112709 to provide Project Management Services, Installation of Industrial Machinery & Equipment, and Industrial Plant Equipment & Spare Parts Trading (Wholesale) in the UAE. All activities are conducted within the scope of this licence. Services outside the licensed activities are not offered by the UAE entity.
